 The event planning assistant provides administrative support for the scheduling and implementation of special events. In this role, you work with the event planner and other team members.  Duties and responsibilities include follow-up contact with vendors, venues, and food service providers to plan the logistics. 

The financial management assistant helps to manage our finances more efficiently.  Duties and responsibilities include helping with financial record keeping and corporate income tax planning and filing.

 The business development/fundraising lead helps to grow the organization making it more successful. Duties and responsibilities include seeking new business opportunities, building and sustaining connections with existing clients, entering strategic partnerships, and devising other plans to boost organizational sponsorship, grants and donations.
